The Section G16 Conclave is returning to Rogue Community College in Grants Pass on Sept. 11-13. This year’s gathering is more than just a weekend of fellowship – it is a tribute to the enduring legacy of our nation. In alignment with the America250 celebrations marking the 250th anniversary of the United States, the theme for the 2026 conclave is Standing the Test of Time.
Standing the Test of Time invites Arrowmen to reflect on the principles that have guided both our country and the Order of the Arrow for generations. As we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States, we honor the history that built our brotherhood, focusing on the timeless values of brotherhood, cheerfulness, and service that remain unchanged by the passing years.
The conclave program is designed to balance high-energy fun with meaningful development:
- Training for the Future: Participate in specialized training sessions on Saturday morning. From leadership seminars to hands-on skills, these sessions are designed to help you bring new ideas back to your lodge and chapter.
- Historical & Heritage Activities: In keeping with the America250 theme, expect activities that bridge the gap between history and the modern day.
- Officer Elections: One of the most critical moments of the weekend is the section officer elections, where youth members cast their votes to determine the leadership that will guide G16 into the coming year.
This year, Kunamokst Lodge is proud to serve as the host lodge. To make an event of this scale successful, they are seeking dedicated Arrowmen to join the Service Corps and assist in various other areas of event operations.
Serving on the service corps is a unique way to live out our obligation and ensure the Conclave “stands the test of time” for all attendees. If you are interested in volunteering or have questions about how you can help, please reach out to the Host Lodge Conclave Vice Chief, Violet Hawkins, at [email protected].
Mark your calendars and prepare to join us this September. Registration opens soon, so stay tuned!
