Member Portal & OA Member App

The Order of the Arrow offers two powerful digital tools to help you stay connected and manage your membership: the OA Member Portal and the OA Member App.

OA Member Portal

The OA Member Portal is your personal online hub, connecting you to your official OA membership record. 

Through the portal, you can: 

  • View and Update Contact Info: Keep your email, phone number, and mailing address current.
  • Check Membership Status: See your dues payment status and your Ordeal, Brotherhood, and Vigil induction dates.
  • Access the Lodge Calendar: View upcoming lodge and chapter events.
  • Find Registration Links: Easily find links to sign up for events.
  • Contact Lodge Leadership: Use a simple form to reach out to the lodge or chapter leadership with questions.
  • View Your Membership Card: View and print your Order of the Arrow membership card.

Special Features for Candidates and New Members

The portal includes special “Journeys” – a series of tasks and information to help you prepare for your next step in the induction process:

  • Candidate Journey: For recently elected members who have not yet completed their induction.
  • New Member Journey: For newly inducted Ordeal members.
  • Brotherhood Journey: For members eligible to attain Brotherhood.

How to Access the Member Portal (New Users)

To access the Member Portal, you need two things: an ArrowID account and a Portal Invitation / Access Code from Kunamokst Lodge.

1. Get an ArrowID Account

ArrowID is the OA’s single sign-on (SSO) system, used to access all official national OA resources (like the portal and event registration for conclave, NOAC or NLS).

Already have one? If you’ve attended a national, region, or section OA event (like NOAC, NLS, or conclave since 2019), you likely already have an ArrowID. Do not create a new one.

Need to create one?

  1. Go to the ArrowID registration page.
  2. Fill in your name, email and a password, then click Register.
  3. Follow any subsequent directions to complete your account setup.

2. Claim Your Membership Portal Account

You must link your ArrowID to your OA member record using an invitation or access code provided by the lodge.

Find Your Invitation: All candidates and current dues-paid members should have received an email invitation from the lodge. This email contains a link and an access code. Make sure to check your spam folder.

Claiming Automatically (Recommended): Click the direct link in the invitation email. You will be prompted to log in with your ArrowID. After logging in, your account should link automatically.

Claiming Manually (if the link fails):

  1. Log in to your ArrowID account.
  2. Use the link in the email again, or go to portal.oa-scouting.org.
  3. If it doesn’t automatically link, look for a button or option that says “Have an invite?”
  4. Select “Member Portal” for the application.
  5. Past the access code from your invitation email and click Add.

Important Notes:

  • Age Restriction: You must be 13 years of age or older to have a Member Portal account. Currently, there is no direct access for parents of members under 13, but this feature is expected in a future update.
  • New Members / Candidates: Portal accounts are automatically issued to new candidates following the election results being recorded or to newly inducted members shortly after their Ordeal.
  • Need a New Invitation? If your invitation has expired of you can’t find it, please email the lodge admin team at [email protected] to request a new one.

Accessing the Member Portal (Returning Users)

Once your account is claimed, you can access the Member Portal anytime at portal.oa-scouting.org.
