National Order of the Arrow Conference
July 26-31, 2027 | University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the flagship national event of the Order of the Arrow. Held every two to three years, it is Scouting’s second-largest national gathering, brining together as many as 8,000 Arrowmen from all 50 states for a week of unparalleled fellowship, high-energy activities, world-class training, and inspirational shows.
Imagine:
- 🔥 Inspirational Evening Shows: Full-scale productions with theatrics, special effects, and uplifting messages to motivate and energize you.
🧠 Cutting-Edge Training: Over 100 courses and workshops on topics like lodge operations, advanced leadership, event planning, and outdoor ethics, and much more. You’ll bring back game-changing ideas for our lodge!
🤝 Brotherhood & Fellowship: Meet thousands of Arrowmen from across the nation, trade patches (a massive event in itself!), and forge friendships that will last a lifetime.
🎉 Campus Life: Experience what it’s like to live and dine on a major university campus for a week—a great preview of college life!
🏅 Competitions & Activities: Take part in everything from ceremonial evaluations and sports competitions to a conference-wide festival with games, special events, and amazing entertainment.
This is more than just a conference—it’s an unforgettable adventure and a chance to truly understand the scale and spirit of the Order of the Arrow. You won’t want to miss our chance to be part of the Kunamokst Lodge contingent!
Dates & Location
The next NOAC will be held July 26-31, 2027 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Ways to Attend
There are several ways to attend NOAC.
Youth Delegates: Youth Arrowmen (under 21) can attend NOAC as a youth delegate (participant) with the lodge contingent. The lodge prioritizes youth slots on the contingent and offers discounted fees for youth to attend this national experience.
Adult Delegates: Adult Arrowmen (21+) can attend NOAC as an adult delegate (participant) with the lodge contingent. Adult delegates provide supervision to the contingent and support the youth in their experience, all while having fun alongside them.
NOAC Staff: Both youth and adult Arrowmen can attend NOAC on staff. This is a great opportunity to attend and experience NOAC in a different way, while also serving the conference. Arrowmen who have attended a NOAC before are encouraged to apply for NOAC staff.
Virtually: The past three NOACs have offered a remote delegate option for Arrowmen who are unable to attend in-person to attend virtually from home. Virtual delegates can view livestreams and recordings of trainings, competitions, and the evening shows, get special conference merchandise, and more.
Interest Form
Interested in attending? The first step is to get on our official contact list! Fill out this brief form, and we will keep you updated with the finalized dates, projected costs, registration details, and our specific contingent plans as they develop.
NOTE: Filling out the interest form does not commit you to attending, nor does it guarantee you a spot on the contingent. Slots may be limited, and youth will be given priority.
