Chapter Officer Training is a critical day of learning and collaboration specifically tailored for chapter leadership. However, all Arrowmen in Kunamokst Lodge are invited to attend to learn something new and enhance their leadership skills. Whether you are a current officer or adviser, an aspiring leader, or just want to understand how the lodge operates, this training is for you!

  • Presentation of Lodge Goals and Calendar for the Year: Get the inside scoop on Kunamokst Lodge’s 2026 goals and key events.
  • Unit Elections: Best practices and procedures for conducting high-quality, impactful unit elections and visitations. 
  • Chapter Finances and Fundraising: Understanding chapter budgets, managing funds, and successful fundraising strategies.
  • Service Project Planning and Hour Tracking: How to identify, plan, execute, and properly track service projects.
  • Chapter Communications: Mastering effective internal and external communication with your members and units.
  • Using OA LodgeMaster: Training on the essential tool for managing members, data, and activities.
  • Chapter Event Planning: Skills for planning engaging and well-attended chapter events.

Lodge Executive Committee Meeting

Following the training part of the event, there will be a lodge executive committee (LEC) meeting. The primary purpose of this meeting will be to approve the 2026 lodge operating budget and approve the first round of lodge merchandise.
