Lodge Leadership

Kunamokst Lodge is led by elected youth officers who are advised and supported by volunteer adult advisers. The officers, along with appointed committee chairs and elected chapter chiefs, make up the lodge executive committee.

2025-2026 Lodge Officers

Lodge officers are Arrowmen under the age of 21 who are elected annually by their fellow lodge members and are responsible for carrying out the lodge’s yearly program and day-to-day operations.

They work closely with adult advisers who provide guidance and support, helping them develop their leadership skills while ensuring the lodge’s mission is upheld. This unique, youth-led structure empowers our members, giving them hands-on experience in leadership, event planning, and communication.

Lodge Advisers

The lead adult volunteer is the lodge adviser, who is appointed by the council Scout executive. The lodge adviser oversees all adult support within the lodge and ensures the overall program aligns with the organization’s goals.

To assist in this effort, the lodge adviser appoints additional volunteers. These individuals often specialize in a specific area, such as finance, communications, or program, offering targeted expertise to the youth officers who lead those committees. This tiered system of adult leadership provides a robust network of mentorship, allowing the youth to take ownership of the lodge while having a reliable support system to turn to for advice and assistance.
