As an Arrowman, your journey in the Order of the Arrow is a lifelong commitment to service and leadership. While you’re an Arrowman forever, active membership in Kunamokst Lodge is renewed annually. Paying your dues is the first and most important way you uphold your Obligation and ensure our lodge can cheerfully serve the Pacific Crest Council all year long.
Annual membership dues are the fuel that powers Kunamokst Lodge. They are essential to our operations and directly fund the programs, resources, and service projects that benefit our members and our council camps.
Cost
Dues are just $25 for the year (or purchase the Antler Pass).
Deadline
Dues must be paid by April 30, 2026 in order to receive the annual dues-member flap.

The Antler Pass
The Antler Pass is the annual pass of Kunamokst Lodge and is a great way to save money for those who plan to attend all lodge events during the year.
Antler Passes must be purchased by the end of the first lodge event of the year (Winter Fellowship).

How to Pay Dues or Purchase the Antler Pass
Annual member dues and the Antler Pass are now purchased online through the OA Member Portal or OA Member App!
Online Dues Payment Steps
Step 1: Access your OA Member Portal or OA Member App and navigate to “Membership Dues.
Step 3: Membership Verification
Members must have a current Scouting America registration with the Pacific Crest Council and Safeguarding Youth Training (youth protection) must be current (for those 18+) in order to pay annual dues. This is lodge policy and a national requirement.
Need help accessing the OA Member Portal or Mobile App?
Members may also pay for dues at in-person lodge events or through one of the Pacific Crest Council Service Centers in Eugene or Central Point.
Charter Member Flap
Lodge members who pay dues by April 30, 2026, will receive one special Charter Member lodge flap!
If you pay your dues at or before Winter Fellowship, you can pick up your flap at Winter Fellowship. Unclaimed flaps will be mailed following the event.
If you pay your dues after Winter Fellowship and at or before Spring Fellowship, you can pick up your flap at Spring Fellowship. Unclaimed flaps will be mailed after April 30th.
Members may purchase ONE additional flap in-person lodge events until they are gone (member must register for and attend the event to purchase additional flap).
Dues must be paid no later than April 30, 2026 in order to receive the flap.
The design of the charter member flap will be released in late December 2025.
Dues & Antler Pass FAQ
Do I have to be registered in Scouting America to be a member of the lodge?
Yes! Scouting America registration is required to be registered in the Order of the Arrow.
All members of Kunamokst Lodge must be registered with the Pacific Crest Council in a unit or with the district or council.
Do new Ordeal members have to pay dues?
No. Annual member dues are included in their induction fees. New Arrowmen do not need to pay dues until the following dues year.
How do I check if I have paid my dues?
Log in to your OA Member Portal at portal.oa-scouting.org or through the OA Member App to check your dues payment status.
Do I have to pay my dues to attend OA events?
Yes! Order of the Arrow events are for active (dues-paid) members and current dues are required to attend events.
How do I get a membership card?
Your membership card can be accessed in to your OA Member Portal at portal.oa-scouting.org or through the OA Member App.
Kunamokst Lodge does not print and mail membership cards.
I have an Antler Pass, do I still need to register for events?
Yes! While your Antler Pass covers the fees for lodge events, registration is still required for each individual event. This is to ensure accurate head counts for food and program materials, assigning sleeping arrangements, and re-verifying Scouting registration.
