Lodge members often contribute more than just monetary donations! You may be making valuable, non-cash contributions without realizing it, such as:
- Bringing supplies (e.g., a box of screws for a service project).
- Donating program materials for an event.
- Providing services (e.g., printing or mailing).
The lodge tracks contributions to the council as a key metric. These non-monetary donations are important and need to be formally recorded to count toward our official record.
Use this form to track donations of materials, supplies, equipment, or services.
Please Note: This form is not for monetary donations or items contributed to an auction, as those are tracked using separate procedures.
